Custom made goods cancelled by you
Due to the fact that goods are custom made to your exact requirements and specifications
and are deemed non-resaleable, we cannot cancel any orders once the order has been
accepted by us and a confirmation e-mail being sent to you.  Cancellations will be accepted prior to your order confirmation e-mail being sent to you.
Non custom made goods cancelled by you
Cancellations will be accepted prior to your order confirmation e-mail being sent to you.  If you wish to return goods once  you have received them, you may do so within 48 hours of delivery and providing the goods are still in their original  packaging. If goods are unpacked or packaging is opened they are deemed non resaleable and non refundable. Sending goods back to us is at your own expense.

Order cancellation by us
In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel your order. This may be
caused by a production problem at our manufacturing plantor or other circumstances
outside of our control. In the event of this occurring we will notify you via e-mail and refund
your deposit.  We will not be liable for any compensation payment in the event of order cancellation by us.

Claims

Inspect your shutters as soon as you receive them and notify Shutterplus immediately of any damage evident in the shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify Shutterplus that the merchandise has been damaged in transit or is not what you specified, within 48 hours of receiving them, Shutterplus will have the damage repaired or the prodduct replaced at no cost to you.

Shipping
Once your order is placed with us we endeavour to manufacture and deliver your shutters in the shortest possible timeframe. All lead times shown are approximate. Please don’t ask us to rush through your order. Our shutters are handmade with great care and attention to detail and we will not sacrifice quality for speed.
Plantation Shutters Lead Time is 6-8 weeks.  Shipping is FREE throughout mainland UK and Ireland.  Please contact us for shipping rates to other European destinations.

Payment Options

The payment section of our web site accepts all major credit cards and is fully secure.  You can also choose to pay by cheque however this may delay your order as we must wait for your cheque to clear before processing your order. Simply copy and paste the Description Panel after finishing your design and post it to us along with your cheque. Remember to keep a copy for your own records.
