1. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as we can not accept returns for shutters which have been made correctly. 

2. You may cancel your order before you have received an e-mail from us confirming your order.

3. You cannot change or cancel your order once this e-mail has been sent by us and received by you

4. If you cancel your order before receiving you e-mail confirmation we will re credit any sum debited to us from your debit/credit card as soon as possible.

5. In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel your order. This can be due to production issues or other situations outside of our control. In the event of this occurring we will notify you by e-mail and re-credit any money debited when order was placed.

6. We will not be liable for any compensation payment in the event of order cancellation by us.
