Shipping Charges

In order to offer a better service to our customers, we have now extended the areas of the UK and Ireland where we can offer FREE shipping on all of our shutters. Unfortunately, some outlying areas will incur shipping charges. We have endeavoured to keep such charges to a minimum, and we have selected the most competitive rates available. These areas include Scottish Highlands, Shetland Isles/Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Carrier Details

We use various shipping companies to offer the best value, and deliveries can be made to both residential and business addresses. Our main carriers are UPS, FedEx and Nightline.

We will provide shipping numbers and tracking details for all deliveries at the time of dispatch.

If we try to deliver your shutters while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself.

Important

Please ensure that you have your shutters shipped to an address where there will be someone to sign for them, as it will not be possible to deliver the parcels without a signature. You must ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.

Shipping Times

We will always endeavour to deliver your shutters in the shortest possible time frame from when you have placed your order. Our current lead time for custom made shutters is approximately 8 weeks from confirmation of your shutter drawings.

Please do not ask us to rush your order through as this is liable to compromise the quality of the product.
